2022 Chevrolet Suburban Trims & Features

Chevrolet will be releasing six different trims for the Suburban in 2022- the LS, LT, Z71, RST, Premier, and High Country. The LS will be the base model and come with 18-inch alloy wheels, seven seats, a 10.2-inch touchscreen display, and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto compatibility. The LT trim will build on the LS with 20-inch alloy wheels, heated front seats, remote start, tri-zone automatic climate control, and an upgraded Bose audio system. The Z71 trim is designed for off-roaders and will come with four-wheel drive, skid plates, an off-road suspension system, and hill descent control. The RST trim is a sporty option with 22-inch wheels, LED headlights, a sporty body kit, and Brembo brakes. The Premier trim is the luxury option and comes with Nappa leather upholstery, a hands-free power liftgate, navigation, wireless charger, and a sunroof. Finally, the High Country is the range-topping trim and comes with all these features and more!

2022 Chevrolet Suburban Horsepower

2022 Chevrolet Suburban comes standard with a 355-horsepower, 5.3-liter V-8 engine and is mated to an all-new 10L80 10-speed automatic transmission. It is the first time that suburban offers this combination. The Drive mode selector has the following modes: Eco, Tow/Haul, Sport, Tour, and Snow/Mud. The max towing capacity for the Suburban is 8,300 pounds. The next engine option is a 3.0-liter turbodiesel inline-six with 277 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque. Last on the list is the 6.2-liter V8 with 420 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque.

Chevrolet's all-new 2022 Suburban has been completely redesigned with safety in mind. The SUV now comes standard with automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, and adaptive cruise control.
