What's New for the 2022 Chevy Blazer?

The 2022 Chevy Blazer does not change its powertrain or aesthetic features, but it now comes with a towing package that includes all-wheel drive. The Chevy Blazer also has a modified lineup, as the two previous base trims have been eliminated, which means you will get more value with any trim you choose. In addition to more power, the Chevy Blazer now comes with a towing package if you get all-wheel drive.

2022 Blazer Trims & Features

All trims of the Blazer seat five passengers, and you can choose from four trims levels. The base trim level is now the 2LT, followed by the 3LT, the RS, and Premier. The Blazer is equipped with a variety of amenities. The Chevy Blazer starts with 18-inch wheels that are finished with alloy, and it has an interior that is decked out with amenities. The base trim has a six-speaker audio system, and it also comes equipped with satellite radio. The base trim comes with four USB ports, including two USB-A and two USB-C ports in the back row. The 2LT also has an eight-inch touchscreen that has Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The 3LT trim level adds more amenities, including leather upholstery, heated front seats, and a power liftgate. Heated side mirrors are also standard with the second trim level, and there are more standard safety features with the second trim. The RS trim, which is third in line, comes with larger 20-inch wheels and black exterior accents. The RS also has a programmable liftgate and comes with some interior upgrades, including a 120V power outlet, a heated steering wheel, and an enhanced infotainment display with navigation. The Premier trim has a Bose sound system and surround camera system with a panoramic view. Ventilated front seats are also included with the Premier and available on the other trims. LED taillights are also included in the Premier.

2022 Chevy Blazer Horsepower

The Blazer is equipped with a turbo engine with a 2.0L four-cylinder that produces more than 225 HP and over 250 LB-FT in torque. The base trim has a nine-speed transmission. The RS trim is powered by a 3.6L V6 that produces nearly 310 HP and 270 LB-FT of torque. The Blazer has standard front-wheel drive and optional all-wheel drive.
