Recently, Chevy intruded a new RST Performance edition of their 2023 Tahoe. Here's some more information about this.
Performance Edition
The performance edition package for the Chevy Tahoe has an upgrade to the standard vehicle that will allow you to have a vehicle that is more similar to the current gold standard.
The performance option includes the upgraded suspension, which is made more similar to the police pursuit specifications. It has much stronger dampers as well as springs. It also has large anti-roll bars. You get all kinds of extras with the suspension, including those Brembo brakes that you'll find at the front and back. This part also has those front rotors that are a quarter bigger.
You can also get power upgrades as well. Examples of this include the GM Performance system with the cold-air induction. You also get the low-restriction exhaust. If you choose these options, you end up with a Tahoe that has the 6.2L V8 option with a boost of 13 hp.
Plus, if you add more horsepower, the zero to 60 speed of the vehicle moves down to 5.78 seconds. It also makes it a speedier vehicle when it comes to quarter-mile times as well. The braking distance goes down and performs better as well. Plus, this performance kit cranks up the top speed up a few ticks. The Performance Edition includes the Luxury Package along with everything else. This will increase the handling as well.
The 10-speed automatic transmission it already has will show how versatile the vehicle can be despite its size as well. It realizes some important options on the Trim level coming out of Texas that has parts that are sourced from the entire globe. On top of everything else, you also get the special Firestone Firehawk Pursuit tires for some serious performance boosting. The engineers all say that the vehicle has been carefully tuned for both handling and power in general.
