I would like to state that Kyle out service advisor always goes above & beyond when it comes to making us happy with anything service related. For that reason alone when we buy our next vehicles we will purchase them from Reliable as we are sure that we will get the same service from the sales department. Thanks

Both of the sales reps was very good and educated about the vehicle I bought the floor manager went the extra mile in assisting me also all were friendly and helpful. Based on my experience with reliable Chevy I have no problem telling people if they need a car to try reliable Chevy first. I hope the service staff is as good to deal with as the sales staff and finance staff. Erin Proffit, was my salesman. But another man delivered the car , mike Jordan did the financial, and the floor manager that actually found the car I needed needs to be applauded also! Thanks

"Just wanted to comment on my used car purchase experience. After lots of looking on craigslist, dealers, etc. We met Jack Spencer on the lot and he showed us what we asked for a Honda/Toyota type mid size. After driving and negotiation we were pulling out to leave when Benji stopped us and ask we consider a used Impala. After we drove and negotiated we bought the car. The whole process of sending notes to a someone in a corner office is not personable (smoke and mirrors?)Our experience was very good and can only be attributed to quality people like Jack and Ben. Please take time to acknowledge these guys they make your business successful."
